Week 1 Cont.

April 26th, 2011

Played Volleyball... we had a blast. It was a recovery workout. My body was sore from the previous days so it was a good way to get my blood flowing and get the lactic acid out of the muscles. 

April 27th, 2011

Went down and relaxed in the boiling river. It's about a half a mile walk to the spot you can get in and then a half mile back. I got some movement in from that but other than that I did not work out. 

April 28th, 2011

Back Squat 
5-5-5-3-3

100-105-110-115-120 pounds

WOD
7 Hang Power Cleans 65 pounds
20 Lunges 15 pound dumbbells
3 Dead hang Pull Ups

Then a 2.5 hour hike to see the Terraces. "Gorgeous"

Rest Day - Drove to Lamar Valley

April 30th 2011
Laundry Day - Carried Laundry about a half a mile.
